On July 3rd, part of the NGNY team attended a Lean session from the Clinic Summer School at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. During this event, our Associate Director, Jordi Esplugues, shared a real case —the #Lean transformation at NGNY. Our story joined those of many other professionals who exchanged their experiences, insights and challenges during the session.
