NGNY installs a drawer specially designed to support 4 racks of Aptio ™ automation. Specifically, in the laboratory where it has been launched it has been configured to have 2 input racks and 2 output.. The drawer mechanism ensures the position of the rack and prevents it from leaving its accommodation without opening the drawer, so that errors are minimized.

NGNY is designing an optional module for the device AQUA7000 which will double the production in terms of classification, sorting 900 tubes/h. This module consists of a robot dedicated exclusively to the entry of tubes, so that the current robot can handle only the classification.
The first AQUA7000 with the optional module of aliquoting in microplate has been installed in Zaragoza. This module allows performing aliquots of a tube to a microplate. The device has a scanner Ziath size A5. The integration of this module to the AQUA7000 is mechanically very simple, it is only needed to replace the support piece of disposable tips such that the scanner and the microplate can be placed.
